WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As Nostalgia Storeroom sells vintage and secondhand clothes, we don’t have a return policy. We hope you understand and would love feedback in regards to the quality of our clothes or any issues you have experienced with our service.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN NEW DROPS ARE BEING RELEASED?
If you follow our Instagram page, @nostalgiastoreroom, you will see anything we plan to release in the future. We will advertise all our collection drops or new releases that are coming soon, so make sure to turn on post notifications!
HOW DOES DELIVERY AND SHIPPING WORK?
We only deliver items around Australia. Currently, we are not doing International delivery but we are planning to arrange world-wide delivery soon. Shipping is placed at a flat-rate of $10 no matter what your order is. However, if you order a total of $90 or more, delivery will be free. Additionally, anyone in Canberra also receives free delivery for any purchase, as we are local and we hand-deliver the products.
